My friend Rene of PACE Sport Fitness is always asking for a cookie to take on the trails and long hikes and runs that will supply sustained energy yet also contain chocolate chips! And here you are Rene, just for you! And for anyone else that is a fan of a good hearty cookie without guilt. A great addition to any hike, trail run, snowshoe, or picnic!
