Baking is inevitable at Christmas. Wouldn’t it be great if you had the healthier, better of the options as choices this holiday? Join Ange of Align Nutrition as she partners with Justin and Joanna Best of Your Seasoned Chef, a personal chef service new to the Okanagan. Ange will teach the nutrition, and Justin and Joanne will show us how to bake holiday favourites in a whole food manner. Go home with recipes, handouts, and a few goodies to start your holiday plate.
