HEALthySELF Weight Management

An accountability program to focus on not only what changes your body needs to obtain a healthy weight, prevent disease, and have a happy heart, but how to do it! In this circle discussion style group series, each week a new nutrition and lifestyle topic will be covered. Track your daily choices, discuss your challenges and accomplishments, and be accountable to each other and yourself!

What the HEALthySELF Weight Management Program looks like –
• You meet for one hour each week for 6 weeks for the group powwow
• Each week we’ll discuss challenges and accomplishments, plus cover a new health, weight, or lifestyle topic
• You’ll track your improvement based on symptoms, measurements, weight, but most important how you FEEL
• Includes HEALthySELF 8 Week Accountability Journal for participants to track their intake and observations and bring to the group each week (journal tracking is required to get the most out of this program so get ready to write!)
• Individually, each participant will meet for 30 minutes with nutritionist during week 2 or 3 to tweak and personalize their food choices
• Bonus – meet with a TWP Personal Trainer for a 30 minute consult and measurements, a 60 minute program design session, and post program measurements

Where: The Woman’s Place Fitness Group, 123 – 1889 Springfield Road, Kelowna BC
When: Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm from September 21 to October 26 2010
Who: Women only :) Members and Non-Members (contact Ange for male participation options)
Cost: TWP Members – $159; Non-Members $199
Maximum #of Participants: 12 Women, so please register early to avoid disappointment
