An accountability program to focus on not only what changes your body needs to obtain a healthy weight, prevent disease, and have a happy heart, but how to do it! In this classroom style group series, each week a new nutrition and lifestyle topic will be covered. Track your daily choices, discuss your challenges and accomplishments, and be accountable to each other and yourself!
