Ode to Eliminating Neurotoxins

Ange is on a mission
about Holistic Nutrition.
She says eating nuts
will help shrink my butt
which made me sit up and listen.

She said to give up Diet Coke -
I thought it must be a joke.
She said that my cells
are becoming unwell
and she teased me today when she spoke.

The radicals are floating in me
through my blood stream, happy and free.
They dent up my vessels
in which they will nestle
in a pile like leaves from a tree.

Oh Ange! She’s so healthy and smart.
She wants me to care for my heart.
And my brain and my nails
from my top to my tail,
so tomorrow I promise to start!
