Nutrition Strategies
• Learn the role of food in obtaining health and your goals
• ‘Your body as a barrel’ and how to reduce the stress from all that you toss into it
• Proper macronutrient choices and meal timing for blood sugar control, energy, and emotions
• Specifics for PMS, peri-menopausal symptoms, and adrenal hormonal balancing
Mindfulness Techniques
A balanced mind is the beginning of improved health and well-being on all levels. Explore a number of mindfulness tools:
• Guided meditation, breath work, and emotional freedom techniques (The SEDONA Method and The Work)
• Increase your awareness of how mind and body are connected
• Experience concrete, practical tools for shifting your internal state from stress to ease and calm
