Choco-Banana Mini Muffins (No Grain No Dairy)
Ingredients
2.5 cups ground nuts (almonds, walnuts, flax seeds, etc.)
1/4 cup coconut butter (partly replaced by butter may taste better)
1/4 cup raw honey
3 eggs
1/8 tsp unrefined sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda (unless you want them like brownies)
1 cup mashed banana (2 bananas)
2 tbsp of carob powder
Sprinkle of raisins and unsweetened carob chippits
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Grease tins. Bake @ 325F for 11 minute. Makes 3 dozen .
