This month’s theme has been all about detoxing – I’m running two 3-night workshops in Owen Sound and the response has been great. They’re also great for keeping me on track as well! Sharon (from Kinexions) and I also held two information sessions on the Infrared Sauna and how it can be used to increase your detoxification efforts. The response has been so great that we’re offering both sessions again in March – see workshops for details.
